Submer and Saudi digital infrastructure company Advanced Communications & Electronics Systems (ACES) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop high-density data centre capacity in Saudi Arabia. 

The companies will work on new and retrofit facilities for AI and high-performance computing workloads, covering planning, design, construction and IT integration. The agreement also includes power and thermal systems, including liquid and immersion cooling, as well as potential co-investment in data centre projects. 

ACES will provide local delivery and infrastructure services, while Submer will bring its engineering and cooling capabilities to the projects.
