HUMAIN and Qualcomm Technologies have introduced Horizon Ultra, an AI PC designed to process AI workloads on the device, while retaining the option to use cloud resources when additional computing capacity is required.

The system is built on Qualcomm Technologies’ Snapdragon X2 Elite, which combines an 18-core Qualcomm Oryon CPU with an Adreno GPU and Hexagon NPU. The different processors can handle computing and AI workloads locally, while tasks requiring greater compute capacity can be shifted to the cloud.
