GITEX Global 2026 is all set to run from December 7 to 11 in Dubai, with its main exhibition moving to Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai.

The change comes as the event expands its focus on the infrastructure, investment and security challenges accompanying the growth of artificial Intelligence.

AI infrastructure and computing capacity are expected to feature prominently alongside sovereign AI, agentic systems, cybersecurity, robotics and quantum technology at the event. These areas reflect a shift in the technology industry’s focus from developing AI capabilities to building the infrastructure and governance needed to deploy them at scale.

The programme opens with the GITEX Summit at Dubai World Trade Centre on December 7, followed by the exhibition and conferences at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, from December 8 to 11.

The 2026 edition also introduces the GITEX Scale Summit, a dedicated forum for senior leaders to discuss technology strategy, capital and the future of intelligent economies. Expand North Star, the startup and investor event, will also run at Expo City Dubai, bringing founders and investors into the wider programme.

Organisers expect more than 200,000 attendees from over 180 countries, alongside 6,800 exhibiting companies.
