Humain, a unit of Saudi wealth fund PIF and DataVolt, a key developer of sustainable digital infrastructure, have sealed a framework agreement with leading AI cloud company Nebius for a giga campus facility at Oxagon located within Saudi Arabia's mega futuristic city NEOM.
